New Cars Comics from Boom Studios

For all you fans of the Disney / Pixar movie “Cars”, a new Cars ongoing comic has been launched out of the success of two previous 4 part mini-series (Rookie and Radiator Springs) . The ongoing series is set to launch this month and will retail for Php 150 at your favorite comic shop. This series is geared to the younger kids but I’m sure a lot of you adults out there are going to pick this up too. Just say its for your kid sister when you pay the cashier! This would be good for kids as an introduction to the wider world of literature.
The new series will be published by BOOM! Kids. The Basic plot of the title is that Lightning McQueen decides to hold a rally race in Radiator Springs, with the proceeds going to charity. Unfortunately, old rivals like Chick Hicks are feeling a little less than charitable. And so goes the drama.
